Privacy policy

Solana Summit is a series of community events. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to have it removed. We sell nothing, and we run no advertising trackers.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form:

• Speaker applications— first and last name, email address, the editions you'd like to speak at, your experience level, and optionally your X and Telegram handles.
• Sponsor enquiries— name, email address, company, role, website, the editions and tier you're interested in, and your message.
• Contact messages — name, email address, topic and message.
• Newsletter — your email address only.

We do not ask for passwords, payment details, wallet addresses or seed phrases anywhere on this site. Nobody from Solana Summit will ever ask you for a seed phrase or a wallet signature by email.

Why we hold it

To review your application, reply to you, and — if you asked for it — send you news about upcoming editions. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Who processes it

The site runs on Vercel (hosting), stores content and applications in a Neon Postgres database, keeps uploaded images on Vercel Blob, and sends email through Resend. These providers process the data on our behalf and for no other purpose. Side-event listings shown on edition pages are pulled from Luma calendars that the organisers publish themselves.

How long

Applications are kept while an edition is being planned and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up between editions. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact formand we'll action it.

Cookies

The public site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the session cookie that keeps an editor signed in to the private content Studio at /cms, and it exists only after a successful sign-in.
